This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Professional Experience: I have been a licensed Realtor® for 8 years. My first seven years in Florida and now in Minnesota. I have been a “Top Producer” 6 out of those 8 years. I have been a business women for many years. Having had a data base business and created extensive data sets for State and Environmental groups.
Education: I am a licensed Realtor in Minnesota and Florida. I have an AS degree in Business Administration. I attend continuing education classes each year for Minnesota and Florida as well as many non required classes to expand my knowledge base.
Outside Interests: Over the years I have been lucky enough to belong to and participate in the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Mentor Duluth, Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation, Sanibel Beautification, The Ocean Conservancy, and many fund raising events. Giving back to the community makes me feel more of a part of it. Photography and traveling are my passions. I have been lucky enough to have traveled and lived in twenty different cities and visited twelve countries.
